Maternity & Paternity LeaveJohnson & Johnson provides paid parental leave for birth or adoption. Employees are entitled to 14-20 weeks of paid maternity leave based upon length of service, with eligibility from the 26th week of employment. Paid parental leave of eight weeks is provided regardless of length of service.
